The exterior has a large shaded veranda, barbecue and comfortable pergola to sit under by the pool. Having lunch outdoors while admiring the far-reaching views will be a real pleasure. You can swim in the saltwater pool or take a short drive to visit some of the most fascinating towns in Puglia.



Space:



The villa is completely for your exclusive use and includes two bedrooms: one double and one twin bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms.

The living room is equipped with a french double sofa bed (140cm), ideal for one adult or two children. In the living room, there is a third service bathroom with a shower.

At Villa Solivetta you will find air conditioning everywhere and an additional fridge in the closet, as well as the one in the kitchen.



The outdoor veranda is equipped for dining and relaxing in the shade even on the hottest days.

The private saltwater swimming pool is 10 x 4 meters large and 1.4 meters deep. There are entrance stairs and two hydromassage jets.
