「This unit was modern and in a quiet neighborhood not far at all from Augusta National or Augusta restaurants. Vera was excellent at communicating when I had a question about check-in. The bathroom off the back bedroom definitely needs some TLC. There were multiple bulbs missing from the light bar above the sink and there were other minor things that should probably be fixed. 「Wonderful place to stay. We were there to fish on Clarks Hill and this worked perfectly for us. A little bit of a drive but was in town so my wife had plenty to do while we were on the water. 「I booked this home for a week-long stay in Augusta for the 2022 Masters. Throughout the entire process, Kelly was in very close touch with me and very easily accessible. There was even a point where we needed to extend our stay by one night on short notice, and she was very accommodating! The home itself is great. The layout is excellent for entertaining, it's very clean and there's an outdoor area with seating that allows you to be outside and enjoy the back yard without needing to worry about...

"The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. "
