This was a great weekend getaway spot; Mary & Tom were extremely kind & provided a wealth of resources for activities from dining to spa/massage. Definitely recommend staying here & will certainly come back again!

We were lucky to run into super hosts at Maria's Garden Inn. The accomodations were excellent and the breakfasts were very tasty. I would also recommend eating at Maria's Garden Inn restaurant as the food is amazing! We had a fantastic stay and we will return often!

Weekend get away

The B & B was situated in the heart of Berkeley Springs. Shops, restaurants and the springs were within a 5 minute walk. The owners were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great , all fresh local produce. If visiting Berkeley Springs i would highly recommend this place.

Maria's Garden is warm and welcoming. We had a beautiful corner room, the street was very quiet, and there was a lovely porch (and patio) to enjoy our morning coffee. Mary as available to answer any questions we had and the food was delicious.

It was a nice facility. The decor could be changed up somewhat, though it was charming. Having bathrooms in the hallway was awkward, but one gets used to it. THe breakfast was excellent.

From the very first moment of our arrival Mary was such an excellent host. And our room, "chef's kiss, a big comfy bed and a beautiful bathroom too. Very clean and well kept. And the breakfast followed suite with everything here. Super fresh and well prepared. If you are staying here in town at Berkeley springs I would definitely stay here.

Great stay! Highly recommend. Staff is fantastic. Breakfast is wonderful. There are so many shops and we were able to get an apt at the olde Roman bathhouse. All within walking distance. There was a concert going on at an art coop down the street

Our room (2 beds) is very comfortable. My husband enjoyed the in-room tub very much. Owner Tom was extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good for a B&B. We offered some suggestions to enhance the guest experience, and Tom seemed very open-minded about them. We will stay at the property if we ever are back in the area (Berkeley Springs, WV).

Maria’s is amazing!

I loved everything! The owners are so friendly and the house is adorable. I felt more like a houseguest than a paying guest. I strongly recommend Maria’s. Breakfast was amazing and they are happy to direct you to other local businesses and sites.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet

The new owner of this inn went out of his way to make sure I was welcomed at check-in, comfortable, and felt taken care of. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The only drawback was that the bathroom, though private, was a few steps down the hall. Breakfast was well prepared with fresh ingredients.
