“Amazing location in a historic house, exactly as pictured. The host was responsive and helpful. Be sure to bring your own supplies because shopping is very limited in the town. ”

“Scenery was beautiful. The property is perfectly set up for hang outs, games and nights in. My only concern, which is an easy fix, would be to get a longer hose that reaches the campfire. Just in case anything happens, or to make it easier to put out your fire at night, a water hose close by would be nice. Otherwise, the home is PERFECT! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is perfect for exploring Harpers Ferry, within walking distance to everything. The cottage is well equipped, clean and cozy, perfect for a couples get away, would book again if returning to HF. The owner was very communicated, had well organized info for the stay and was easy to work with”

“The outdoor spaces exceeded my expectations of the property. There is ample space on the deck, the yard is enjoable with the views and firepit, and the front porch rocking chairs are relaxing with a cup of coffee and litening to the gentle rain.Young adults enjoyed the game room. My only suggestion would be to replace mattress in 1st floor bedroom, it sinks a little. That is a small inconvenience considering that everything else was lively and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools.”

“Host is super responsive, checkin/out was a breeze. We are a group of adventure (biking, hiking, rafting, etc) gals who pick a destination for 4 days/3 nights once a year. I look for a CLEAN, affordable, centrally located VRBO that has multiple bathrooms & bedrooms, a/c, outdoor amenities and a large, well lit common area. This property was PERFECT for us in every regard! It is well appointed with everything we needed. The trail down to the river is steep - we only did it once but nearby……

“Great place to stay. Our whole family was able to be together and spend quality time with one another. It was comfortable and welcoming! It was so helpful to have a stocked kitchen, large table (big enough for everyone to eat around), and a washer and dryer. The game room was an added bonus! The trail around the house was really the only place to explore near the house. The roads are narrow, so walking or biking were not safe. However, the town was 10-15 minutes away and allowed for many……

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Barn in Berkeley Springs! The location was very convenient to town and the house was awesome. Plenty of room for our group, beautiful views, comfy furniture, and the hot tub was an added bonus! Highly recommend!”

“My husband and our friends arrived to Harper's Ferry early afternoon. We purchased our 3 day parking pass and walked around the town. The whole town and shops are dog friendly. We arrived to the house, easy and just minutes from downtown. Beautiful views. House is perfect. Central air was appreciated as it got nice and humid out. Instructions for everything was on the table. We checked that out. We like to eat at home instead of restaurants every meal. Everything we needed was there, we just……

“Owners were very responsive when we had to contact them regarding an issue with the home. They were extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay. They have all the basics including propane for the grill, salt, pepper, spices, they even had shampoo and body wash! It was a perfect space to watch the sunset and be among friends. We had coffee on the porch both mornings. The driveway is very steep but is 100% worth it. There’s a little country store down the……
