“We had a lovely stay here 5 adults. Having enough separate beds was important to us and the sofa bed room can be maintained as a private space. Sort out needs perfectly. Clean. Well located. Very smooth process for check in and payment and very helpful answers to queries ahead of trip. ”

“The property was lovely! Best place we have stayed in Blackpool over the last 20+ years. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! Staff were amazing, chatty, nice and welcoming. Car park was full when we arrived (early) but no issues parking on the street nearby at no cost. Room was huge and bathroom was lovely. The only issue in the morning was that we could hear other rooms toilets being flushed and the cistern refilling. We didnt eat here but drank in the bar and the drinks were reasonable and……

“Hotel has recently been renovated to a high standard, and was locely and clean. Breakfast was amazing, cooked breakfast at weekends, with continantal options and fresh fruit. Keven was very helpful. ”

The location is so convenient for all the attractions, whilst being quiet at night. Unusually for Blackpool, excellent Wi-Fi and TV reception too. “One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in at Blackpool so far and I've stayed in a few over the years! The breakfast wasn't cooked but there was no waiting time, plenty of choice and easier for kids to navigate themselves. I would definitely recommend and will be back myself! ”

“I had a lovely stay at Art bnb. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely shower! The owner was welcoming and very friendly. I didnt opt for the cooked breakfast, but i did have the option of toast, croissants, fruit and yogurt, which was all i needed. Overall, a great stay and would return if i visit Blackpool again. ”
