"New hotel, clean and lovely staff. Lots to do including spa, and easy access to sights. As it’s new, staff were still getting used to policies and we were told slightly different things vs. Booking (meal plans) but Lilly (restaurant staff) did everything to make us feel comfortable - pretty much make anything we wanted ! "The staff were very efficient, friendly, and provided excellent service. The hotel itself felt very safe and secure. However, the surrounding area was not very clean or easy to walk around. Guests also need to arrange private taxis—either on their own or through the hotel—if they want to visit places like Old Goa or the beaches in South Goa. In my opinion, the hotel should have a concierge who can help organize group tours for guests."

"Our second stay at this property, the personal remembered us from before and they looked after us. There are a lot of people to mention but highlighting some of those fantastic guys who looked after us where Miraz the chef who looked after all our culinary needs, Yogesh, mustafa and srijita looking after us at breakfast. Vijay and all at the pool area looking after us. All the cleaning staff were amazing. Had a great 11days at the property Krishna the manager was attentive to all our needs. Plus all the support staff were great. Will definitely visit again as location is perfect. "

"Super clean, lovely balcony areas, fully stocked, close by to all the lovely cafes and shops in Assagao. The team was so sweet to both us and our doggie. Great stay, quiet, slept well in comfortable beds. Swam in the beautiful pool. "

"We had to change 3 rooms due to (1) noise and construction dust (2) leaking shower door and (3) we were stuck in this room for the remainder of the stay with fowl urine stench from the drain pipes. The Hotel GM was very sympathetic and did try to resolve the issue but it appeared to be a more systemic issue on that floor not just our room. We do appreciate the GM’s effort in helping us That being said the staff was very helpful and esp the Exec Chef attended to our dietary needs."
