Good location for exploring the eastern side of The Melbourne area, Phillip Island, Mornington Peninsula etc, Modern hotel with plenty of space. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment during our stay.

Staff very friendly. Beautiful surrounds. Good parking. We stayed in the smaller of the cottages, in need of basic maintenance with some halogen lights dimming and brightening constantly, taps in the bathroom dripping. The bed is quite small in length so was uncomfortable for my husband, he is 5'11. ...
