Captain's Stateroom - A Goodyear Lake hideaway

Perched above Goodyear Lake, the Captain's Stateroom has an awesome view of the lake from a private deck overlooking the water. Some of the features you will enjoy include a heated floor in the bathroom, in-unit laundry facilities, There is a firepit and 2 shared kayaks at the waterfront for the guests in both Captain's Stateroom (this unit) and the 3 bedroom unit on the property, Captain's Quarters. Both units are self-contained and share only the waterfront space, the front yard, the kayaks and firepit area down by the water and the gas BBQ grill on the upper deck. All indoor spaces are private.

- 11.3 miles to Cooperstown All Star Village
- 15.3 miles to National Baseball Hall of Fame

A well manicured yard in front of the home is a shared area for both units, and is large enough for playing a game of catch. For your comfort and convenience, this vacation home also features central air-conditioning, high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi), and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, full size refrigerator, and in-unit laundry.

I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta. I live within 15 minutes of the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my team at the property. We will get you registered and give you the keys.

This home is located is a quiet lakefront community. Please respect the 15 MPH speed limit, quiet hours after 10 PM, and please, no parties or large gatherings with people who are not registered guests at the home.

There are taxis and the public bus route is about 2 miles away, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to best enjoy the area.
