"I’m mainly giving this review a 3-star because of the lack of accountability held by the staff/managers for the group of students who were running up and down the halls, knocking on doors, shouting, etc until probably 3 am. After listening to it for hours, I finally called downstairs at 12:30 am and told them what was going on. They said “we’ll handle it, we are sorry”… and then it continued until probably 3:30 in the morning. Our family was stopping in Baltimore for a one night stay as we drove home from South Carolina to NY and were just trying to get some rest so we could continue our drive in the morning. We spoke to someone at the front desk, they were not of help. We called and tried to speak to a manager, they were in a meeting and were going to return our call, 2 months later, still waiting on that call back. As an educator who has chaperoned plenty of overnight stays with groups of students, I’m also disappointed in the staff/faculty who were clearly not paying attention or didn’t care that their students were behaving this way. Not cool. "
