“We’ve always stayed bayside and took a chance on a new property this year and I’m not sure we could go back. The ease of the central location, having a designated parking space and being steps from the beach, made it so easy to set up in the morning, rinse off with the hose, come back for snacks and bathrooms and then back out to the beach! The view from the second floor was perfect. We spent many hours on the comfortable balcony furniture listening to the waves crash, playing games and……

“We had a wonderful stay here. The house has a really functional kitchen so we were able to cook a lot of meals here. The pool was perfect for young swimmers (decent sized shallow end) and we loved hanging out on the dock, crabbing and kayaking. With plenty of adult bikes, we took a trip each morning to the playground too. We hope to be back!”

“David’s place was absolutely amazing-setting is unbelievably gorgeous and the house and grounds were fabulous. There were 15 of us from 9 months to 70. There was plenty of space for all of us to eat together both inside and out. Breakfast was usually at the kitchen counter, and lunch outside on the deck since the weather was great and it was in shade until later in the afternoon. “The property is clean, newly updated and spacious with an open concept floor plan. The A/C is more than adequate. The property is located on a picturesque inlet off of the bay with plenty of backyard space, a hot tub, decks with outdoor furniture and a game room downstairs.”
