「Amazing hotel in a fabulous location. The staff were always friendly and helpful and breakfast was a great buffet choice. We didn’t have time to use the gym or pool however we really appreciated the inclusive access as well as the option to use the spa and golf courses.」
「Amazing stay at China Fleet. The staff were incredibly helpful on arrival and had us checked in quickly. We were given one of the cottages which was beautifully appointed and had everything we could need. The swimming and spa facilities were amazing! 「The hotel needs air conditioning in all bedrooms as the rooms were too hot.
There were no fridges in the bedrooms to keep water cold etc which was disappointing as we had to ask for glasses of ice to do this.
Staff were exceptional and the spa and swimming pool were really good.
A great location on the edge of Dartmoor with access to some great walks.」
「Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay 」
「Very spacious with every facility in the lodge that you need. The hot tub is fabulous and we were left a lovely bottle of Prosecco and chocolates alongside tea and coffee etc. The owners thought of everything. Would definitely recommend. 」
