“This is the best hotel we have ever been to. It is designed, built, and operated by the owner JC Espinoza, an accomplished architect for his clients. The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater. “Nice central place in Masaya. Easy to walk around the town, even safely at night. Only one staff member speaks English, but they are all very kind and will try to help as best they can. ”

“Ich war in Begleitung von 6 Erwachsene für nur eine Übernachtung mit Frühstückt in der Posada ecológica la Abuela gewesen. Wir hatte Hütte #14 für 7-8 Personen. Alles war sauber, klimatisiert und ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Der Ausblick ist gigantisch und das Wasser der Lagune schön warm. Gerne würden wir uns das nächste Mal mehr Zeit hier niederlassen. ”

“Did no happened the owner said she never received my reservation and had other people stay there for a longer stay. Also mentioned that she didn’t work with Expedia! Had to find another accommodation. Still waiting to get it resolved!!!”

“The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. Large room, private bath, excellent wifi service, tv. It is located on main highway so there is traffic noise but that did not bother me. It's airconditioned, lovely value. We had several lovely areas in which to meet as well.”
