“The house is very clean and has a lot of space. The bathrooms are large, and the mattresses are very comfortable. I really loved the house overall. However, there were a few issues. The listing mentioned a washer and dryer, but it did not specify that there is an extra $10 per day fee to use them. Also, on the day of check-out, there was no water in the house because the tank was empty. The host did offer some alternatives, but it was still very inconvenient. Overall, it’s a great place, but……

“I am so grateful for to have found this spot. The host were very warming and nice. I was looking for a place to stay last minute due to another property faild to come thru. I was looking for a place around 1am in Nicaragua. I thought to myself it’s 1am, and we may have to wait to the morning or next day to get a response. I want the message and Tamara responded and made magic happen for me and my family. She got us checked in that morning as. Saved the trip for all is! I can’t believed she……

“We had an excellent stay. The house was great and the pool was perfect. We used the paddle board and kayak. The water was wonderful. We highly recommend. ”

“This home was absolutely wonderful! It was centrally located and had all the amenities we could ask for. Great kitchen to cook our meals in with a family, the pool was a perfect place to cool off and have have a drink The bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. The house keeper was and angel and the house manager was externally helpful kind and caring and went above and beyond. We are already planing our trip back for next year.”
