The house, a small millstone of the 19th century at the foot of Etna, renovated and furnished with style and taste. it has a large and equipped kitchen and also has a wood stove / stove. Large living room with roof and wooden floor with fireplace and dedicated bathroom. bedroom with private bathroom and fireplace. The structure is immersed in a citrus grove and orchard overlooking the sea and Mount Etna with a vegetable garden and an outdoor barbeque area. the estate is 8 minutes by car from the beach and 15 minutes by car from the village of Linguaglossa, Porta dell'Etna, 25 from Taormina.

Beautiful country house within lemon garden

We spent a wonderful week in this beautifully renovated old winery, perfectly located between Etna National Park and the sea. The rooms are spread over three floors and are very nicely and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped as the owner's family uses it regularly themselves. Definitely the most beautiful accommodation we've ever had.

Zwei Wochen im Zitronenhain

Das Haus von Antonio ist sogar noch größer und noch schöner, als sie auf den Fotos abgebildet ist. Wir waren noch nie in einer so gut eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Es fehlte uns an nichts, es gab sogar Klappstühle und einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Auch die Waschmaschine war nützlich und funktionierte gut. Das historische Gebäude ist auch ohne Klimaanlage im Sommer angenehm kühl. Die Zitronen- Avocado- und Bananenbäume auf dem riesigen Grundstück sind ebenfalls ein großes Plus. Besonders hervorheben wollen wir, dass Antonio immer für unsere Fragen erreichbar war. Er empfahl uns tolle Restaurants und einen wunderschönen Ort auf dem Ätna. Ihm ist es ein großes Anliegen, dass seine Gäste eine gute Zeit haben und er erkundigt sich nach deren Wohlbefinden. Etwa zehn Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist ein schöner Kiesstrand, der kostenlos genutzt werden kann, mit einer schönen Atmosphäre, der auch nicht zu bevölkert ist. Ansonsten ist natürlich der Ätna ein absolutes Muss, genauso wie ein Besuch in Catania und Syrakus. Wir können den Aufenthalt in Antonios Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevolissimo nella casa di Antonio, un antico palmento dal forte impatto emotivo, sapientemente ristrutturato con un gioco di forme, altezze e colori diversi: al suo interno un’atmosfera carica di suggestioni e molta cura dei dettagli, all’esterno la Sicilia selvaggia e profumata che sempre ci incanta. Il mare sembra essere a portata di mano, al di là di una delle finestre dell’ampia cucina … una struttura sicuramente da consigliare! Grazie ancora Antonio per averci accolti nel tuo mondo! Lovely home in a beautiful setting

Antonio was an excellent host he gave us some great advice on wine and places to visit. We spent an idyllic week here exploring the historic local towns and villages, beaches, wineries and Taormina. The house is surrounded by fruit trees with views of the sea and was a lovely peaceful place to return to each night.

Perfect Getaway immersed in beautiful Orange Growth

This property is a must for nature lovers! You are away from the crowds and noise immersed in greenery overlooking orange tree's and lemon trees. There is a garden with fresh veggies and fruits that we were able to pick stuff from. The house is wonderful! Beautifully remodeled while keeping the old character of this historic wine press. Antonio and his wife are absolutely wonderful and always ready to help. The house is plenty stocked and we were able to help ourselves to everything that was present. We were welcomed warmly with a nice bottle of wine and great Sicilian hospitality. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay and we hope to stay there again in the future! Thank you! Geschichtsträchtiges Wohnen in ehemaliger Weinpresse

Das Haus wurde von Antonio, der uns sehr nett empfangen hat, von einer Ruine in ein modernes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten umgebaut, wobei viele alte Derails erhalten blieben. Das Haus liegt, wie beschrieben, inmitten eines Zitronenhaines, sehr abgeschieden von der Stadt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und fanden einen Haushalt vor, dem es an nichts fehlte. Antonio war auch immer gut erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten und hatte immer einen guten Tipp für uns! Top Unterkunft in einer typisch sizilianischen Umgebung! Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Woche!

Absolut rundum begeistert!!!

Wow, es war einfach nur toll! Wir haben eine tolle Zeit im Haus gehabt. Antonio hat uns so herzlich begrüßt und seine Gastfreundschaft ist fantastisch! Er hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert, immer wieder nachgefragt ob alles ok ist und sich toll gekümmert. Das Haus ist wunderschön gebaut mit einer tollen Ausstattung. Es fehlt absolut an nichts! Die Bilder zeigen genau das, was einem vor Ort auch erwartet! Nichts geschummelt! Nur die Zitronen waren bei unserem Aufenthalt (noch) grün :-) Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn man die etwas abgelegene Lage und die entsprechende Ruhe mag. Wir haben es total genossen! Mit Antonio als Vermieter kann man gar nichts falsch machen - er lebt seine Gastgeberrolle mit Herz. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und sind super erholt und begeistert zurück nach Hause gekehrt. Die tollen Erinnerungen werden uns noch lange begleiten! DANKE Antonio!!

Fantastica villa immersa nel verde arredata con gusto!

La villa è veramente bellissima, immersa nella tranquillità dell'agrumeto che la circonda. Antonio è una persona disponibilissima e pronta a dispensare consigli su come vivere al meglio il soggiorno. A due passi c'è il centro del paese dove trovare tutto quello che può servire per le cose giornaliere, il posto è veramente strategico, a pochi minuti trovate un bel mare, un porto dove comprare pesce fresco a buon mercato, c'è sempre la magica presenza dell'Etna e poi Taormina, Catania, le gole dell'Alcantara ecc. ecc. La sera dormirete in pace senza udire nessun rumore e senza le luci artificiali della città (veniamo da Roma...). E' stato veramente un'ottima tappa, la prima del nostro viaggio alla scoperta della Sicilia Orientale, grazie Antonio! PS: La cucina è spaziosissima e piena di cose carine, di libri di cucina, di vini, di attrezzature, veramente bella! Ultima chicca, della quale però non abbiamo usufruito vista la stagione, è il caminetto in camera da letto... capito!?!?? TOP!

Sehr gut eingerichtetes und gelegenes Ferienhaus inmitten von Zitronenbäumen

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und schönen Urlaub! Das Haus ist sehr ruhig inmitten von Zitronenbäumen gelegen, abseits des Massentourismus. Am Fuß des Ätna gelegen sieht man bei guten Wetter in der Ferne unten das Meer. Mit dem Auto sind es vielleicht 20 min zum nächsten Strand. Es hat eine große Terasse. Die Wohnung ist über 5 Ebenen angelegt und sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sie würde sich daher auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt auch im Winter, Frühling oder Herbst eignen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Le jardin est immense au milieu des citrons. Antonio a été très disponible et très sympas.
