“Very dated inside the unit but otherwise clean and comfortable for most part. Could use updating for the $188 per night price tag. Owner friendly and a quiet stay. AC worked well.”

“Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. “We stayed only one night. The bar staff were excellent. The drinks and food were great. Room was clean. Bed was hard and lumpy, pillows too thin. Pool looked nice. Good location for getting around but it is next to a community activity center and we had quite a bit of game noise until about 9:00 pm. Definitely would stay there again”

“Pro: Front desk staffs and lifeguards are great. Cons: The room isn’t clean! We found a lollipop stick on top of the bed frame (it shows housekeeper isn’t carefully checking) and a tiny spider. Housekeeper took our used towels but didn’t replace new ones. Didn’t refill water bottles, didn’t refill bathroom essentials! We are kinda disappointed in the water park, not much to do except lazy river. There is only 1 pool, pretty small.”

I was changing property due to a negative experience with another hotel. Sooooo disappointing because you cannot get a refund through Expedia. I will no longer use Expedia and other on-line booking outlets. Just cannot rely on the hotel ratings.”

“You’re mostly paying for location and access to the pools. Rooms are old and outdated; pretty pricey for all economy finishes and an old spring mattress. With that said, the location is great, parking was easy, & it wasn’t undoable. Staff was reserved but there if needed.”
