Characterized by large terraces, an infinity pool, a Jacuzzi and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a wood-burning oven and barbecue.
This villa is ideal for those who wish to enjoy a relaxing and unforgettable holiday.

The villa is located in a privileged position, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the wonderful coasts of the area. Its large furnished terraces offer welcoming spaces for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying the view.
Here you can enjoy meals outdoors, organize parties with friends or simply relax with a book while admiring the scenery.

The private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas and will allow you to sunbathe in total privacy. Next to the pool is the Jacuzzi (2x2m with heated water and full optional: music, lights and other functions).

The Villa is composed as follows:

3 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom with shower;
1 double bedroom sleeping 2 more in bunk beds and with ensuite bathroom with shower. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have sea views and access to the terrace.

FIRST FLOOR:

Rental Rules
Prices are for 22 people (20+2)
Upon confirmation, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required, while the final balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the arrival date.
Refundable security deposit: € 1,000, the entire amount will be returned at the end of the stay, net of any charges in the event of damage to the property.
Guests can provide their credit card details to guarantee the refundable deposit.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.

Rates are inclusive of: cleaning during the week: 4 hours a day, 6 days a week.

EXTRA COSTS to be paid locally in cash

City tax: €3 per person (excluding children under 18) per day.

ON REQUEST:
- As for breakfast there are 2 options.
If customers only want the chef to prepare breakfast (without service or cleaning) the cost is €150 per day plus payment for the food separately (the staff of the villa present the receipts). This service requires the chef to spend a couple of hours.
However, if you want breakfast served with final cleaning the cost is €20 per person including food.
- Cook + assistant the cost of the chef for other meals is €250 per day, (receipts will be presented separately for food and drinks).
For this service the chef plus assistant will spend a couple of hours in the villa to prepare meals without cleaning, which is the responsibility of the customers.
- These services are not provided on Sundays and holidays - The purchase cost of food and drinks is charged to the residents. For food shopping, an advance payment of Euro 1000 in cash is required upon arrival, to be integrated during the stay. For the day of arrival, we recommend sending an initial list with the specification of the first supply. - The service for the purchase of groceries has an additional cost. - The preparation of dinner with table service can also be booked, with a cost per person depending on the menu chosen.
- Electricity and Hot/Cold AC included up to a maximum weekly consumption of 1000 KW, the excess KW will be paid on the spot according to consumption (Euro 1.00/KW).
Events: for weddings, birthdays, parties, Relais Nike provides a complete and highly qualified service for up to 80 people. The cost for the events is 1500 Euros for the use of the spaces. The full estimate will be provided upon request.
