Beautiful Villa

We loved our stay at the villa. Great location. Short walk to the local marina. The views are amazing. Enjoyed relaxing in the evenings watching the amazing sunsets. We even saw fireworks one night!

Family vacation

The house and the veiw are amazing. The walk from parking spot wasnt my favorite, but well worth it. We are a family of 4 from America and loved every minute of our stay. The walk to Massa Lubrense was simple and easy and the restaurants were amazing. We highly recommend Davide with Sorrento Coast Charters, in Massa Lubrense. The tour of Carpi was outstanding and his hospitality was exemplary. The bed was a little firmer than I prefer. Giada and Teresa were helpful, friendly and timely whenever we had a question.

Beautiful Villa, Wonderful Stay

Our stay at Villa Constanza could not have been better! The pictures don’t do justice to the amazing views or to the Villa its self! Very well decorated, well stocked and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the beautiful large and functional outdoor areas for dining or relaxing. Travelling as three couples, we had plenty of room and privacy. Giuseppe was a super host! He could not have been more helpful and was a delight to work with throughout the booking process and during our entire visit!

Villa near Sorrento

It's a nice villa, in its original state, a little old-fashioned, but pleasant when the weather's fine. Easter is not the best time, as the pool is not heated and is too cold for swimming, we had to turn on the heating in the house, which is very noisy, some doors and shutters were not closing or opening. Kitchen provided but rather old utensils. Access is difficult (300m on foot on a slope) but there's the advantage of parking at the top, a quiet neighborhood and a magnificent view. The private pathway to beach access is not for everyone (steep and sandy) and there is no actual beach, more of a small boat marina. Soap/shampoo in the bathrooms, paper towels and coffee in the kitchen would be appreciated.
