beautiful hilltop views Beautiful views, lovely setting. Children loved the pool and hot tub. We were family of 9 and facilities were great for us. Lucio was great and attended to any questions or assistance he made our holiday run much smoother, a real star acne such a nice man! Only real negative the access road is extremely narrow and very steep. My biggest regret hiring a car which because of this we did not use at all. There is no need for a car if you want to get to Sorrento since busses arre great and very regular and less than two Euros to Sorrento. Sorrento great links to Naples, Capri, Herculaneum, Pompei, Amalfi, Positano and Vesuvius and lots of other places. We were there peak season and Massa Lubrensa was so relaxing ( apart from the Canons and Fireworks celebrating the feast of the Assumption). Several good restaurants and supermarkets, bakery, and fruit and vegetables.Sorrento would not have been so relaxing. Wish we were still there miss it so much!Source UpfrontReviews

Beautiful, peaceful setting to explore Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast A group of friends and I rented this villa for a week. I was apprehensive renting a home in a foreign country without any previous reviews, but the setting seemed perfect and they were very responsive with every question we had. For us, the house was in the perfect location. It was a quick (though steep) 5 minute walk in to Massa Lubrenssa, which is a cute and non-touristy town. We found our favorite restaurant of the whole trip in this town (Il Cantuccio) and found it easy to travel from here to Sorrento, Naples, Capri and the Amalfi coast. It was nice to go in to these touristy and crowded areas for the day, then return home for wine on the amazing patio overlooking the sea. The outdoor setting was the highlight of the villa for us, but the house was also nice and spacious, and it was great having so many bathrooms so we didn't need to share. The only downside was the kitchen was a bit small and had an odor of natural gas from the stove. We also really appreciated all the concierge services they offered, allowing us to schedule pick-ups from the airport, a cooking class in the villa, and even arranging tickets for us to go to a soccer match in Naples.
