“Todo me pareció muy bien”

“The original room was fine, except the air conditioner did not work and it was extremely hot. We tried to politely address the issue with the young lady who showed us to our room, however, we were told that it was working and that was how “their air conditioning worked”- when we had just been in their very cooled off reception area. The representative ended the conversation with she’d fix it with their controls at their office and would come back to check on it. After giving them approximately……

“Beautiful property! Beautiful place to stay! Rooms were excellent and Sara was incredibly helpful, she was attentive and attended to all our needs very promptly. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderful, clean, relaxing, and very very safe.”

“Local bonito e tranquilo. A zona da piscina é boa. A casa é de bom tamanho e todas as pessoas foram muito simpáticas. Só temos uma coisa a apontar: para uma família que fica 16 dias, deveriam fazer limpeza e aspiração pelo menos 1 vez por semana, embora de 3 em 3 dias fosse mais adequado. Apenas mudaram os lençóis de cama e toalhas 1 vez, sem limpeza. Pelo que se paga, esperava-se que limpeza fosse feita. ”

“Bella struttura situata a un paio di km dal centro storico di Taranto. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono negozi di ogni genere, ristoranti, un supermercato, il mercato rionale, e parcheggi sia a pagamento che gratuiti. La camera, pulitissima, è stata da poco ristrutturata, ed è molto bella e arredata con gusto. Dotata di un comodo frigo, è risultata molto ben insonorizzata dai rumori esterni. L’unico consiglio che mi permetto di dare al proprietario è di dotare le finestre di tende maggiormente……

“This is high on our list of favourites and we stay in about 120 hotels each year in Europe! The room was beautiful and in a great location! There were many little touches that made it so special…like little hearts and owls on each towel set and a cute ladybug adorned the start of the toilet paper roll! Our only negative was the steep stairway up to the room and our beautiful and gracious hostess came over especially to help us with our luggage! She was caring and so helpful with every little……

“This property was located close to the center of the trulli town. It was a wonderful little home. Two bedrooms, a beautiful spacious bathroom and a small kitchen. The only down fall was that we left some desserts on the counter and the next morning they were covered in ants.”

“Surroundings and pool were very beautiful. If looking for a quiet room(walls paper thin, could hear conversations of neighbours) Breakfast was very minimal. One attendant in afternoon to greet us and 1 breakfast person for coffee in the morning.”
