“Good: Great location near beach. Apartment was ok, exactly like photos. Bad: Check-in process was a nightmare. They ask to fill out personal information and pay a fianza outside Expedia. Elevator and bathroom smelled like really bad for the whole trip.”

“The apartment is located in a secure building immediately adjacent to the beach and to a long walkway beside the beach lined with restaurants. The building was very quiet and the apartment had a nice feeling. Having a very large and comfortable bed was a big plus. We would return to this apartment without a second thought. On Saturday night, after having been in the apartment for three days, the hot water failed. It was still cold on Sunday morning indicating a problem with the hot water……

“Overall this property is set up to look good on instagram but the furniture is not comfortable for any sitting. The kitchen table had 4 chairs in which 2 were broken. The pull out sofa is small and uncomfortable to sit on. The bed had one body pillow for two people to share. They only give you two rolls of toilet paper no matter how long you are staying. The instructions to finding the place and getting in do not match the Google map address. The WiFi networks and address they gave us was wrong.……

“El apartamento estaba tal cual se informaba en el anuncio. Todo correcto y limpio. El único pero es que la comunicación con el Propietario has sido mala y el proceso de pago, fianza, recogida de lleves… un poco complicado.”
