「We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. We were up in the area of my brother’s engagement party. It is in like a shared multi family house but we never once heard the other tenants. It was exactly as pictured online. The futon was pretty comfortable too! The real bed was also great. The host, Scott, was also extremely responsive. My only negative thing to say is that it did not have a cookie sheet, but we bought a foil one to use which was totally fine. They even had a whole drawer of spices...

「We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s a basement, but doesn’t really feel like it and it gets sunlight through the windows. It was really clean, plenty of dishes and silverware for the three of us. The bathroom was the best part. Very spacious with a fantastic shower. If we need a place to stay on our frequent visits to Long Island, we will stay at this great apartment.」

「This home was so perfect for us. We came during the off-season for a surgical procedure and it was so wonderfully quiet. I want to say it was cozy, but people use that as a code word to mean small, and it wasn't small at all! It was definitely spacious. It was just homey and comfortable - the lighting was an especially nice bonus for us since one of us is photophobic. It was ambient and dimmable, absolutely perfect. The washer and dryer are right off the kitchen, so it was easy to do laundry....
