Quiet getaway

We had a lovely trip, great location on the bay and short drive to beautiful Fire Island. Kitchen was well equipped, the home was clean and great for our young children. Host was very responsive. Great stay!

Perfect Beach Getaway

My stay at Frank's was wonderful! My dog and I loved walking the beach across the way every morning. Frank is really communicative and gives great recommendations. The place was cozy and lovely - I will be back and I recommend to others :)

Amazing home by the bay

We had a wonderful stay and Frank is a gracious and very responsive host! The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved using the fire pit. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful waterfront rental

We stayed here while visiting local family. The place was perfect, and the owner provided great communication throughout. We enjoyed quiet sunrises over the water. It was very quiet and relaxing, and pet friendly. Deer visited the backyard in the morning, and the backyard was very secluded. We enjoyed the stay immensely and plan to return.

Christmas at the Beach

The view was wonderful. Deer, swans, stars, birds, boats, water, reeds all part of the view. We spent christmas week there. Sunny rooms. Easy walking along beach and road. 5 adults plenty space. space

Thanksgiving

Me, my husband and our active 1.5 year old stayed for the week of Thanksgiving. It was a great house for a toddler, safe and easy for us the keep track of her while she also had some freedom. Lovely set up with really beautiful morning views. Host was great about some issues with the power related to a storm. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet winter vacation

This property has everything you need for a quick getaway! The owner Frank was super helpful and very responsive to any questions I had. He provided a lot of recommendations on where to eat, shop and explore. The home is located right by the beach-can walk right around the house and boom you are at the beach. I am sure it is business in the summer but in the winter it is nice and quiet! The location is in the center of everywhere you need to go for food, gas, restaurants, other beaches, etc. Definitely will come back again!
