"STAFF- excellent, efficient and very friendly FOOD- excellent breakfast, they did offer a light lunch menu of toasted sandwiches, burgers and quiche all excellant and cost approx $10, evening meal you had to pre order by 3pm. very limited for vegetarians unless you wanted a vegetable curry which was quite spicy so we ate out every evening. I did suggest maybe they need to offer the luchtime menu on an evening aswell. DRINKS- drinks were available at the onsite bar, selection was ok but as my partner only drank JD and they ran out on the second day he didnt drink any alcohol on the hotel again, Staff said they were going to get some in but non ever appeared- shame as they missed out on proffit. Drinks were also more expensive than the local restaurants therefore, they did us a favour ROOM- didnt have a fridge in the room so unable to have a cold drink in the night. No tevevision which wasnt a concern for us. No hairdryer but we did see one in the reception area when we were checking out. nets over the beds. Staff filled up a water jug daily in the room which didnt keep the water cold so we ended up buying water if we wanted a cold drink STAFF- very friendly and helpfuil, always polite. Reception staff very helpful in bookiing trips and taxi's. TAXI- $5 to the falls and into town, Hotel organised Livingston airport and back $70. WI-FI- free, no concern."

"Our airport pick up was late, despite confirming multiple times that we would be picked up. I selected this property because it offered Airport pickups ($30USD) which is a service I value. When we landed, our e-sims didn’t work, so we felt stressed and stranded. Fortunately, a kind Taxi driver called the property for us and sorted us out. The price for our accommodations was low, I felt that the price was fair for the offering. They were very spartan. The bed was large and comfortable, however the AC was very loud and blew directly on the bed - making it difficult to sleep. The restaurant is very basic and since we were not told to pre-order our meal before our arrival (I had mentioned that we would like to eat at the property) we had to wait 2 hours between ordering and eating- so make sure to order ahead. Before arriving at Bhejane, we had planned to return there after going out for a few days safari but decided that based on our one night, we would be better to spend more and stay elsewhere. On the positive side, it was clean, Rose was helpful, there was hot water and the wifi worked well."

"We had a great stay, the staff was wonderful from check in to check out. Everyone was always personable and ready to assist anyway needed. The room was great with a comfortable bed and we enjoyed the balcony. Also an added bonus was the hotel shuttle was great for getting around town and dining at off site restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Staff was great, check in was very fast. The restaurant menus had many choices. The property was very large with flowers snd many trees high on s hill. So close to the Victoria Falls, you could hear them and see the mist, Free shuttles to Victoria Falls Park and town"
Shearwater Explorers Village

"The property is very pretty, the sheets nice and crisp - a couple of things detracted from our stay. Even though many of the rooms had been cleaned from those who vacated that morning, ( evidenced by the housekeeping cart locations ) staff made us sit in the lobby for 3 hours " check in is 2 pm " Surely 1 room was clean after 2 hours ..... When pressed they finally gave us a room....the furthest away room by the construction site and power tool Noise Finally changed and at the pool for an hour when going for a shower discover there is NO hot water ( long hair wet, full of shampoo ) and only cold water ( other guests had the same issue ) We booked a fairly expensive dinner cruise and activity director could not provide details other than price and pick up time ( menu options, buffet or plated.... ) The offer was made to store beverages in their fridges and when the Time to retrieve them, the bag could Not be located"
