"The ad says washer and dryer but when you get there they tell you it's not for guests but you can use it. I used it for one wash and it took all the water in the tank so for the rest of the day we had no water. They came to fix it and it took until 10pm the following day. The owner of the property Sebastian then claimed we were not supposed to use the washer and it was our fault the water ran out. "The view was 10/10 as advertised. First we don't speak much Spanish so that is on us! However, at check in they just took us to our room and gave us the key with no explanation.There is a instant hot water for the shower but no explanation on how to use it (wasn't hard to figure out but...). They didnt explain there was a common area for guests. Final issue is dinner is by 630 no later! Not good! Overall not bad but pretty much just because of the view! Overpriced. The room had the potential to be really cool! The couch was torn and stained, dripping faucets, loose weather stripping etc...very run down and neglected. "
