"Communication was horrible we recieved our code the day before. We didnt get a pre checklist. I took pictires of some damages that were found but had nothing to record them on. One of the bar stools had a crack, the glass in the fridge was broken and the light was out. Couldnt find any brooms or mops. Water pressure was very low. But overall the house was beautiful and very comfortable. And we will definitely rent again. Thank you so much."

"This house was just what we wanted. Close to the pool. Loved staying in this gated community. It was the perfect spot for our family. Very close to the beach also. We will stay here again if we come back to Matagorda. "

"We’ve stayed at a few different condos in this complex over the years and this was by far the best one yet! Check-in was super easy. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Easy check out procedure without an exhaustive list of things to do. Views were amazing!We will definitely stay here again!"

"What a great place to stay in Matagorda! The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need. The owner was wonderful to work with and shared so much useful information about the beach. We loved the ceiling in the living area and kitchen and the way every little extra space was use throughout the house. The A/C was nice a cold after coming in from the hear. It even had covered parking for one vehicle and plenty of parking on the cement drive way. We'll be going back soon!"

"House was great. Clean and looked the same as the pics. Close to the beach. I loved the screened in porch. We spent most of our time there. Communication was great! I had a question and called after hours. I was expecting to leave a message but was pleasantly surprised when she answered. There were six of us. We knew the house was small and we expected it to be tight, but with the layout of the house and the outdoor space we were not on top of each other. We had a great time! Thank you!"
