“I had a great time staying at this property. Just a short walk to the beach and once on the beach I walked to lunch and dinner! The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Will definitely stay here again.”

“The water system in the town is known to be VERY dingy, so much there was black rings in toilet , orange taint under faucet in tub.. concerning when showering. Luckily, they were aware and didn't charge for the grime the water left on their white towels. I enjoyed the set up, but main reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is the astronomical deposit, which is only casually mentioned in listing (Expedia).. 1.5k!! And takes over 2 weeks to get back.. if 2 weeks without 1500 isn't inconvenient, then……

“This was a reasonably priced place to stay. It is very close to the beach. Had everything we needed. Great area to ride bikes around. Quiet laid back town. Great place if you don’t want all the tourists. Beach was wonderful. The king bed upstairs was fabulous to sleep on! The owner was easy to get a hold of if one had problems. Check in / Check out was very easy. If we ever come back to Surf Side we would definitely stay here again. 10/10 loved it”
