“We really enjoyed our stay in Surfside. The house was clean and location was great. We suggest a few things that could be improved. There is too much furniture in the living room and master bedroom. The low to the ground futons need to go. The TV cable did not work in the bedrooms. I guess the direct TV was not available in those rooms, or the remotes were all mixed up and not for the right tv. And not everyone has a streaming service subscription. The house also had a musty old smell. I……

“Great location, the house is in great condition, very clean and comfortable. The beds were missing flat sheets under the comforters, but this was quickly fixed after contacting the host. I personally travel with my own bedding, to avoid any discomfort, so no big deal for me. The house is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes and coffee mugs. No salt or pepper, no coffee, bring your own groceries. The water was nice and hot in the showers! We enjoyed our stay! We stayed for three nights in……

“Worse house we have ever rented. This home needs to be taken off market. DO NOT RENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. We had to remove all of the comforters off of the beds and place them over there furniture because the furniture was so dirty and gross. There’s something broken in every single room, extremely dirty, dishwasher didn’t work which is a concern on how the the dishes are bein washed. “What a great place for a New Year's getaway! The house was clean had everything we could possibly need to be comfortable and the beach was within steps of the house. If your a birder, be sure to cross the highway and check out the bay side, and a drive down Crab Road in Surfside at low tide is sure to yield some rails. We LOVED our stay and hope to come back.”
