You get a small lounge, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom + toilet for personal use within the house. The layout means you are quite separate from the rest of the house. The only downside we encountered is the owner needs to be home when you arrive to let you in a give you a key. A lock box would have been useful as we arrived...
