「Our stay at Jungle Soul Hotel was not good. I would not recommend that others stay there. I booked a double room for two, and the pictures were misleading. The room was damp and dirty. I tried not to touch anything. The shower didn't stay upright to shower underneath. The roof on one side of the bathroom was only a plastic sheeting, so it was loud at night. We also had geckos and frogs in the room. On the second night, the bathroom started to smell of sewage. It was so bad that we could not...

「Malgré notre confirmation de réservation, une fois sur place nous n'avons pas été reçu. Cela avec plusieurs excuses différentes. La première excuse donnée à notre chauffeur, c'est qu'ils avaient reçu 11 personnes en dernière minutes donc plus de place de dispo. la suivante pour nous, c'est qu'il ne travaillait plus avec notre agences Expedia et la 3eme lorsqu'un agent de Hôtels a appelé, ils ont dit qu'ils étaient fermé à cause de la météo.... Nous ne recommdons pas ces menteurs!」
