Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area flow effortlessly onto a sun-drenched deck, where you can soak in stunning sea views. The well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher and microwave for easy meal prep, while the BBQ area on the deck provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining. Also on this level, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Downstairs, an additional living space offers a pool table and cozy lounge area, making it the ultimate spot to unwind. This level also includes a third bedroom, a second bathroom, and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.

After a two-minute stroll to Matarangi Beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower, then relax with a drink in hand on the outdoor furniture as the sun sets. With off-street parking and easy access to local attractions, Seaspray Retreat is your ideal home base.

Just a short drive away, grab your morning coffee at the local café or head to the Village Green, which hosts summer events like A Taste of Matarangi. For adventure seekers, explore nearby scenic spots, take the kids to the local playground, or try fishing off the rocks between Rings and Matarangi Beach. A 20-minute drive will take you to New Chums Beach, one of New Zealand’s most stunning hidden gems.

Awesome kiwiana bach

Has a family friendly, chill vibe with great beach access and a couple of minutes walk to the store. Enough room to spread out, pleanty of games inclduing a pool table. Allowing dogs is the cherry on the cake.
