「Even though we thought we were staying near Sassi, it was fairly easy to get there with the bus which stopped in front. Our host was extremely helpful and made it stay very positive. The room was a good size and loved our balcony.」

「An experience! Beautiful, clean, and unique room. Central location in Matera. The owner was easy to reach by phone, which was greatly appreciated. The only (minor) downside was that parking wasn’t available nearby. Would definitely recommend to others.」

「We had a fantastic stay In The honeymoon room, it was warm, comfy, and the bath was amazing. Breakfast in bed before leaving was great. Parking is difficult in Matera but if lucky you can get a space right outside like we managed too. Antonio was great throughout our stay. 」

We took a Tuktuk to the historic center (15 euro) and walked back, it’s an easy 10 min walk. Shower on the smaller side but otherwise a great hotel.」
