“Diana and Steve are the best hosts! Our accommodations were exactly as advertised- clean and comfortable. The riding was great, we even got to ride one day while it was snowing! Lots of trails that are easily accessible and home is in a very nice neighborhood. What a great place to stay! ”

“Words cannot describe how great the owner is. He was more than accommodating and gave us all the tips on how to get our trail permits for the trails. He even stopped by to make sure we were all good and didn’t have any questions. It was a mile down the road to two different trails and we could just drive our side by sides right to the trail my truck and trailer never left the driveway. I would stay here again when visiting the trails. ”

“Sarah is accommodating and very prompt in communication. No notebook of demands, no intrusion, no hassle - arrival and entry was flawless and the space is cute, clean and comfy with a homey vibe. Even though it's quite small, the cottage had everything we needed and we were comfortable for the week. Temps were below freezing first couple of days with a few inches of snow but the cottage stayed warm and cozy. Great space for a couple. Peace and quiet away from the city was nice.We arrived for……

“This place was a wonderful place to stay the host Gary is incredible. The house was very clean and only a short mile to the trail system down the road looks like very nice neighborhood wasn't worried about anything what do ever. Has everything you need at the house including firewood bathroom utensils and all other necessities.i would definitely think about staying there again and if you are looking and pick this place you won't be sorry!”

“Room was clean and well stocked. There is a fridge and microwave which I couldn't tell from the listing, and was nice to have! Nice location close to Matewan where our event was located. Quiet area and lots of parking which was great since we had two cars. My only "complaint" was too many plug in air fresheners, but that's a personal preference that I won't hold against them :) I just unplugged them during our stay so I didn't get a migraine. ”
