“I don't know how did this hotel get 5 star. They are even using paper cup for the breakfast for tea and coffee. there is no coffee machine. Very poor breakfast , focusing more local guest not the international guest. Drink, food price is crazy expensive at the bars compare to Egypt standard. Overall, not happy for the stay and not come again to this hotel..”

“Hotel has a prime location on the sea. The views are stunning. Breakfast area and restaurant directly on the sea. The staff is exceptional. However, the hotel room I stayed in needs major remodeling. Bathroom is horrible, bed sheets have stains. No WiFi till they got me my own router. This hotel has great potential, but for now major upgrades are needed. Plastic bags are in the sea, now shower to rinse off on the beach. “I stayed there for 5 nights in July the high season . The place was booked solid. They gave me a room overlooking the parking lot of the Hotel. When I asked to change the room they emphatically refused. I told for what I was paying which is higher than any other hotel in top seaside destinations I expected a better view than a parking lot! At least a garden , a pool or a partial sea view. The next day they said a room was available at an upgrade fee of $150. So please make sure when booking you……

“Awesome facility. Amazing food and staff, more than I was expecting. I recommend this place to everyone who want to go this hotel you will not be disappointed. Beautiful beach and pool. The only downside is the area around is still developing and a lot of construction and empty lots but once you are at the property you don’t even notice that. Hopefully when everything is done the area around the property will be more beautiful but do not let that stop you to go you will enjoy your time .”
