My Japanese Mother-In-Law, wife and daughter stayed at the hotel for one night. Through the food and morning buffet was good the room was not in good condition. They notice a rotten smell as well as the washroom was not cleaned very well. They actually changed rooms. Also the futon and bedding should be replaced.
all the hotel staff are very kind and friendly from check in, dinner , bed making , public bath, and breakfast and check out. I like a family photo which are taken by staff at hotel entrance.
