浴室の照明が壊れていて真っ暗な状態、簡易的な持ち運び用の照明が置かれていた。問い合わせると、浴室の照明が壊れているのでそちらをお使い下さいとの事。 事前連絡もなし、チェックインして浴室照明がつかない事に気付いてこちらから何度も連絡したがずっと留守電。やっと折り返して来たと思ったら照明が壊れていると初めて知らされました。 対応の遅さに怒りが込み上げ、返金してもらいすぐに部屋を出ました。急いで別の宿泊先を探して移動しましたが子連れ旅だったので大変でした。 数々のホテルに泊まりましたがこんな対応をされたのは初めてだったので、二度とこのホテルには泊まりません。 あと、暖房も付いていないのに部屋がかなり暑く ...

Located near the shore of Lake Shinji, it offers a great view of the lake. it has both indoor and outdoor onsen for people who enjoy hot spring bath. Food were execllent as well.
