"Pleasant staff, very efficient. Room was clean, central location, close to large strip mall and train station. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet."

"The property has a pretty environment and has a nice view of the Matsushima bay area. It offers tasty meals with a good variety of food and beverages. Unfortunately the room that I was assigned, while has a nice view, is right next to the railway tracks with trains frequently passing. No information about the railway tracks were provided in the process of booking online, I believe Expedia should alert customers to state clearly their request for a quiet room away from the railway. The property should also consider installing double glazed windows for the rooms affected. Should I be staying for more than one night, I would request a change of rooms."

"Clean, functional, spacious (by Japanese standards) like other Daiwa Roynet Premier hotels. This one is super close to the subway entrance, and only a few mins from Sendai Station."
