「訂房人數為3人卻只給2張餐券，與櫃檯反應卻無解決誠意(23:00 late check-in ,先和櫃檯反應，等了10分鐘後說請我先回房再致電說明，洗完澡後仍未來電，再回到櫃檯重新反應，又等了10分鐘，後來問有沒有晚班經理可以處理，再等10分鐘才跟我說明早07:00再來）。熱水不夠熱，小孩第一晚洗澡洗到發抖。 唯一覺得還不錯的是，最後一天退房後小孩需要換尿布，但一樓大廳沒有尿布檯可以使用，櫃檯人員再開啟房卡讓我帶小孩回原房間換尿布。」

「The staff were very helpful and friendly. We check in twice within the same week on the way to n fro Kapit. Room was well prepared , upon check in twice saw towels folded in a sitting peacock just as advertise in the website. Will definitely stay there again should we pass thro Sibu on our next road trip.」

「The room is small, but comfortable enough to stay. Bathroom is nice, I like it. Table also quite small but it's okay. Hard to find parking space. 」

「They should fix the toilet. Cannot flush properly, try to fix it by myself but still the same since I'm not a plumber. The water block inside the whole toilet. Really bad because i was like bathing inside swimming pool full of dirt instead of normal shower that provided. An old hotel doesn't matter for us as a customer, we just need a room that at least the toilet function well, we care about the bathroom, old lamp old fashion table, roboh things etc, doesn't matter, as long as toilet...
