hotel un pò fuori da vienna comunque in un bel contesto naturale e comodo all'autobus belle camere unica pecca la prima colazione non proprio da 4 stelle forse perchè eravamo gli unici ospiti in quei giorni ?!?

Unglaublich schlechtes Hotel, übehaupt kein Service, unfreundliches Personal

Das Hotel war eine Katastrophe, das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Witz, abgelaufene Lebensmittel, mit staub bedeckte Abdeckungen für Wurst und Käse, die selbst schon mit eine schmiere bedeckt waren, (wahrscheinlich auch abgelaufen, wie Frischkäse und Nutella) Die Hoteleinrichtung, wenn man es so nennen kann war schrecklich, Fernseher standen zum Verkauf rum, Lara Croft und Betty Boop Figuren waren die Krönung. Servicepersonal war NICHT vorhanden, genau wie warmes Wasser nach 21 Uhr. NIE WIEDER...

Bring Lysol Spray

If you can ignore the mildewed shower stall and the musty smell of the room, you can survive. No room heat in Sept. Lighting was average. Warning! Turn faucet on with care, as too much and you will get doysed as the water splashes on you. I would not recommend this hotel, but due to an evening arrival and a morning flight I stayed.

Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb von wien

Mit dem auto kann man wien sehr schnell vom hotel aus erreichen es ist eine sehr schöne umgebung am hotel und sehr ruhig.

pulizie...queste sconosciute

Struttura che un tempo poteva anche essere stata molto bella, essendo in un posto incantevole. Ora lasciata totalmente andare, sia all'esterno che all'interno, con cadaveri di insetti ovunque e soprattutto nella sala ristorante. Mai cambiate le lenzuola in 5 giorni, mai spazzato per terra o sui mobili, doccia rotta e box siliconato per perdita d'acqua, carte di caramella dei precedenti ospiti sotto il letto.... che dire.....

HOTEL FLIC FLAC A MAUERBACH

Je suis TRES DECUE par cet HOTEL 4 étoiles. Personne à l'accueil à notre arrivée. La chambre n'était pas très nette, la tapisserie tachée et décollée. Il y avait une douvle fenêtre mais la fenêtre intérieure ne fermait pas, et comme elle donnait sur la route, nous avions la joie d'entendre les voitures et motos, car très fréquenté même la nuit.. Le support de la douche était cassé. La commande de la télé absente, après réclamation, noua avons eu une télécommande qui n'était pas celle de la télé de notre chambre. Nous devions réclamer du papier toilette. Ma fille a fait son yoga et a vu les "moutons" sous le lit. Dans la poche d'un peignoir de bain , il y avait un briquet....en bon état de marche, donc tout laisse a supposer que le peignoir n'a pas été lavé. Le responsable faisait une apparition le matin. Le hall d'entrée sentait le renfermé. Seule la femme de ménage était très serviable, c'est elle qui s'occupait du petit déjeuner et qui nous renseignait du mieux qu'elle pouvait. Je ne m'attendais pas à une aussi mauvaise prestation pour cette catégorie d'hotel, un Formule 1 est mieux tenu. Ah j'oubliais, un prospectus mentionnait que l'on pouvait se procurer la "Carte Wien" à notre hotel, en l'absence du propriétaire nous avons demandé à la femme de ménage, qui nous as conseillé de se renseigner sur Internet. Pas de chance : cela ne marchait pas. Nous sommes allées à l'Office de Tourisme à Wien. Vraiment très decevant et j'avais réservé pour 5 nuits......Je ne recommande pas du tout cet Hotel et zapperai Flic Flac pour mes prochains voyages. Cela nous as gaché nos vacances.

Hotel Flick Flac solo se sai dov'è e arrivi presto

L'albergo è decisamente fuori Vienna difficile da trovare evidentemente prevalentemente estivo anche se aperto tutto l'anno. Alla reception dopo le 20 non c'è nessuno ed anche il ristorante alle 21 è chiuso. Il servizio è inesistente,peccato perchè le camere somo belle e arredate con gusto,l'atmosfera retrò è piacevole e le persone,una sola e quando c'è,è molto gentile. Indispensabile l'auto,il deserto intorno e la solitudine fanno dire di evitarlo almeno fino a maggio probabimente nei mesi estivi la situazione cambia.

La sorpresa

Accoglienza, cortesia e pulizia regnano incontrastate in questa rara oasi di vero stile kitsch. Anche la cucina ha una sua dignità, consiglio goulasch e spaetzli, ma soprattutto il "senso della misura" del proprietario è veramente accattivante, davvero una persona squisita.

Wo sind die 4 Sterne versteckt? Pfui Teufel, was für ein vergammeltes und völlig verdrecktes Hotel. Inhaber sehr unfreundlich und mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Das ganze Haus zugemüllt, mit Spinnweben durchzogen. Zimmer völlig verdreckt und uralt, Badezimmer ein Gesundheitsrisiko, Toilette übelst!! Kissenbezüge verdreckt, 1 cm Staubschicht auf den Gläsern im Zimmer. TV-Gerät funktionierte nicht richtig, genauso wie die Minibar! Gestank nach Rauch und Bier im ganzen Haus. Frühstück: kein Angebot, billigste Ware, Gläser und Besteck dreckig! 1x versucht, nein Danke!! Außenanlage eine Katastrophe, völlig ungepflegt, keinerlei Angebot. Nach Wien 17km: ja, allerdings ab der U-Bahn in Hütteldorf schlechteste Verbindung, von Mauerbach bis Hotel fast keine. Fahrräder gibst kostenlos im Hotel, allerdings sind die eine Gefahr für die Menschheit. Bremsen und Licht defekt, und die braucht man ganz besondern auf dem 2,2 km langen steilen Weg zum oder vom Hotel!! Man kann nur abraten, so was haben wir noch nie erlebt!! Schade es sollte eine schöne, romantische Reise werden!

In Ordnung, wenn man es nur zur Übernachtung nutzt

Das Hotel ist wirklich nur zur Übernachtung geeignet. Frühstück fällt dürftig aus und wer großen Wert auf Reinlichkeit legt, ist hier falsch. Wenn man kein Problem mit etwas Staub uns ein paar Spinnenweben im Hotel hat, dürfte man hier wenig Störendes finden. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Gegend sehr schön.

We had a booking for this hotel for 2 nights. I was travelling with my parents to Vienna from Salzburg. The check in time that expedia told me was noon. I reached there at 12.30 and there was no one at the property. This hotel is located in between of nowhere. There was a note lying on the door in my name to call the owner of the property. I did not have a cell phone connection in that area. Thus had to go to a persons house (5kms away) to call. The owner told me that he is 150kms away and I will have to open the property by myself and check in. This was the most horrible experience in my life. I told that I was cancelling it and he told I will still have to pay the first night charge. I told AMEX and they took care of it. Horrible... Never go...

L'hotel est dans un cadre naturel agreable. Le service est personnalise. Neanmoins l'hotel se trouve loin du centre (il faut au moins 2 moyens de transport public pour y parvenir) et les possibilites de diner sont limitees
