「Room has a smell to it due to it being an old property, old rug and old beds. Old design. It is cheap compare to other nicer and renovated properties. Most properties around the area are old. Staff are helpful, always smiling and courteous. Their housekeeping only puts new towels and cleans trash, we had to tell the front desk daily that we want full service to make up the bed. Seems housekeeping doesn’t clean everyday, that could be why the room smells. Beach view doesn’t disappoint, beautiful...

「Grand Champions exceeded every expectation. The property is beautifully maintained with lush tropical landscaping that instantly sets the tone for a relaxing Maui getaway. 「The unit was spotlessly clean — we're talking white-glove clean. Beds were freshly made, the place was immaculate, and every corner of the space felt genuinely cared for. It's clear the team takes real pride in the property.
Speaking of the team — wow. Any question we had was answered quickly and warmly. They felt less like a property management company and more like locals who actually wanted us to have the best trip possible.」
