"The sink had no plumbing traps, so it smelled like a sewer if you hadn't used the sink for a while. The lock to the door was really hard to both lock and unlock. I stayed in two different rooms, one didn't have the possibility to lock the bathroom. No restaurant within walking distance and no possibility to make your own food except for a water boiler. Really low level of sounds proofing. The staff was really friendly and helpful though 😊"

"WILL NOT HONOR YOUR RESERVATION. A member of my party arrived on the check in date with the confirmation from Hotels.com. The concierge informed them there was no record of the reservation and that the KESMO LODGE DOES NOT WORK WITH HOTELS.COM. Hotels.com worked with me to resolve the issue, but the Kesmo Lodge was completely absent and not part of the solution. "

"The hotel is situated on dirt roads and is close to nothing. The rooms had dead bugs and it seemed unkept. Our reservation included free airport pickup and free breakfast. However, we had to pay for transfer and no free breakfast. According to the hostess, we paid a special rate and it did not include those items. "My second stay at Three Tree hotel - after my safari. Again, the hotel was superb and provided excellent value for money. Room was very clean and all the amenities - fridge, hot water, and air conditioning fine. Restaurant food and staff were really good - I had dinner and breakfast. Hotel felt safe to stay. Hotel arranged my airport taxi. Hotel is not far from Maun airport."

The common area kitchen was clean and had all the utensils, cookware, and serving ware that was needed. We felt right at home. "
