Ho avuto un problema con la tv e sono stato prima spostato in un'altra stanza e poi il tecnico ha sistemato il giorno dopo il ricevitore satellitare. Non ho fatto alcuna colazione nè cenato, quindi non posso esprimere alcun giudizio; per ragioni organizzative (escursioni in prima mattinata) e di check in (fatto in serata) ho dovuto rinunciare. “Wonderful stay. I recommend each guest must be provided with the gate remote as there is a delay in opening the gate or there should be a gateman stationed at the gate”

“Bad condition, a lot of stuff was broken.”

“Staffing was a major issue. There was a cleaner there when we got there and didn’t seem to have any information about us coming. The rooms weee clean but little things were broken (tv remote). When we tried to leave the next morning, there was absolutely no staff around and we couldn’t get out of the gate. It took us 10 minutes to figure out how to get out of the grounds. No communication from anyone. It would be a great little spot to stay if there was a bit better service. ”

“The sink had no plumbing traps, so it smelled like a sewer if you hadn't used the sink for a while. The lock to the door was really hard to both lock and unlock. I stayed in two different rooms, one didn't have the possibility to lock the bathroom. No restaurant within walking distance and no possibility to make your own food except for a water boiler. Really low level of sounds proofing. The staff was really friendly and helpful though 😊”

“WILL NOT HONOR YOUR RESERVATION. A member of my party arrived on the check in date with the confirmation from Hotels.com. The concierge informed them there was no record of the reservation and that the KESMO LODGE DOES NOT WORK WITH HOTELS.COM. Hotels.com worked with me to resolve the issue, but the Kesmo Lodge was completely absent and not part of the solution. ”

“The hotel is situated on dirt roads and is close to nothing. The rooms had dead bugs and it seemed unkept. Our reservation included free airport pickup and free breakfast. However, we had to pay for transfer and no free breakfast. According to the hostess, we paid a special rate and it did not include those items. Also, there is no reception after 3 pm (hard to find the hostess at any time), so if something goes wrong, there is no where to go. Also, the power went out in the middle of the……
