"Went for relaxation while in the city . Lobby was clean spacious and updated . Check in went smooth . One of the elevators was out , understandable , but the hotel was also hosting a mixer in the front of the building . So wait for elevator was a bit long. Room was spacious ,but dated and aged, with purple walls and turquoise curtains . Not a big deal for a night or two but there was “event” being held in front of the building , music blared until 1030 or so . Called down , Cade in guest services was not very helpful nor polite. Hilton customer service and Expedia was helpful in the end. "
