"Went for relaxation while in the city . Lobby was clean spacious and updated . Check in went smooth . One of the elevators was out , understandable , but the hotel was also hosting a mixer in the front of the building . So wait for elevator was a bit long. Room was spacious ,but dated and aged, with purple walls and turquoise curtains . Not a big deal for a night or two but there was “event” being held in front of the building , music blared until 1030 or so . Called down , Cade in guest services was not very helpful nor polite. Hilton customer service and Expedia was helpful in the end. "

"We didn't use either!! the rooms we're very clean and nice. The staff was very very nice. We didn't use the laundry are the gym but I'm sure they were nice. Thank you all for alouing us to stay with ya'lls. "

"It was ok. The staff really is great. The place could use a good updated remodel. Better pillows as well. They were very small square pillows on a king sized bed. Fridge was not cold & the dial was already maxed out. Good location. Truly the only real complaint as a mother alone with small children, there were men sitting on the steps of each floor during our stay all through out the day & night. I don’t know if these men were employees or not, but it had me felling very uneasy my entire stay (4 days/3 nights). If these are employees.. they really should not do this. "
