“Our stay at Veranda Hotel Grand Baie was unfortunately not as enjoyable as we had hoped. Our apartment was located at the very back of the property, quite a long walk from the main facilities. There was also no lift, which wasn't mentioned when we made the booking. Carrying luggage up the stairs and walking such a distance was very inconvenient, especially after travelling. We also found the staff to be less welcoming than expected. In our experience, they rarely greeted guests, which made the……

“I think the room offered to me had not been used by other guests for quite some time. so there are some dirts in the 🛀 bathtub. they have shower room and the tub. one comes with shower gel (blue color one) but the other comes with a transparent one, which, be frank, i cannot be sure if that is shampoo? or all-in-one😅”
