"Wonderful property, great location and amazing pool. Very courteous staff. The staff at the kids club was very friendly and so welcoming. Buffet offered lots of variety and healthy choices. The other restaurant we tried wasn’t so compelling. The diving center and staff was great. A note for improvement : being charged for daily filtered water at the restaurant when we booked half board felt rather excessive."

"Excellent hotel in a stunning location We had a wonderful stay at Lux Le Morne Mauritius. The hotel is excellent, spotlessly clean, and set on a truly beautiful beach with breathtaking views. One of the highlights of our trip was swimming with wild dolphins — absolutely well worth doing and an unforgettable experience. I would definitely recommend spending the extra for an ocean view room; waking up to that view really added something special to our stay. The restaurant was very good overall, although a few more themed evenings would be welcome, especially for guests staying for two weeks or longer. The staff were amazing, particularly in the restaurant. They shared great tips about the island, made us laugh, and even brought us bowls of fresh lychees at breakfast — such a lovely touch. A special thank you to Cindy and Viswanee for making our stay even more memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel."

"The property was in a great location for getting around and seeing the island. Would highly reccomened renting a car as the roads are great and the parking is shaded. The gate staff were incredible friendly. The property itself is a great space with lots of room. Great sized rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds, aircon and fans, there is also a safe in one of the rooms. Nice big sofa, dining table inside and out, and chill area. Bath and Beach towels are provided which is really helpful, although we were there for over a week and they were not changed so worth being mindful that this is not included in the cleaning service. The cleaners came 3 times during our 8 day stay. There is a lovely garden area with direct views to the sea and pool which are stunning. I would say the property could do with some upkeep in the bathrooms and proper deep clean. Make sure to buy loo role as we only had half a roll in 2 of the bathrooms when we arrived. We assumed this would be replaced by the cleaners but it was not. Not an issue but would have been good to know. That being said we would 100% go back and stay and I would recommend this property to others. We feel very lucky to have had a chance to stay at this property and the views and locations are amazing!
