「We had the absolute best stay! We booked this property for a Labor Day weekend getaway with friends - 2 couples and 4 kids between us, and it was perfect. The house is gorgeous, with the perfect mix of historic with all the amenities. The pool and entire backyard/back deck area are perfection, and we spent most of our time there and around the fire making s’mores. The host, Sherall, is super responsive and has thought of everything to make this an ideal stay in the heart of Lieper’s Fork. We...

「Chanin is a wonderful host with a charming rustic cabin. We were in Columbia for a family wedding & had plenty of room to stay together with our growing family!」

「Communication was very good and the check in process was very easy. The cabin is obviously used for family members as in-law suite. There was a lot of brick of brack and mementos around the cabin. This left it as a VERY homey type feel and not as clean and rental like as most properties. We were also not comprehending that the water was not drinkable. That was our error for not thinking through the needs for drinking and cooking. However was a good place to disconnect with very good wifi.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this property in Franklin. It is conveniently located to the historic downtown district and The Factory on a beautiful 15 acre estate near the Harpeth River. We experienced a minor issue but our host Amy was very gracious and did her best to satisfy our concerns.」

「This was the nicest house ever. It was spotless and they did not skip a beat. They had everything we needed and more. Decor was spot on and the house was comfortable. The location was safe and nice to be away from the city. Lots to do in the house and extremely comfortable. They provided drinks which I thought was so thoughtful. I do recommend and will definitely return with a larger group.」

「Nice place, planned on going with some friends but plans changed so it was just me and I had a nice quiet stay」

「Beautiful, immaculate house and excellent, prompt communication with the host. Would love to rent this house again in the future.」

「The property was great! Our family enjoyed the cabin and the area! The check in was easy and the host very responsive! We would stay again!」

「A very nice quiet property in the middle of rural Tennessee… The place was very quaint and woodsy, all the amenities were available and easy to use, and it was a most enjoyable weeklong visit to the area! We appreciated the privacy and the easy simple layout of this property. Would definitely consider coming again!」

「This is an awesome place to stay! We loved the hotub and the fire pit so much! If ever coming back to central TN will definetly stay here again. The listing does say that it is a secluded cabin however there is a house right across the way but that made me feel a little bit safer if something were to happen!」

「We received a heartfelt welcome from the host. Before we checked in Chanin the host was very helpful giving us great information about different types of activities like kayaking, tubing fishing.local restaurants, shops and even parking at Broadway in Nashville. She continued being available whenever we asked for something. Cabin was very clean, kitchen had everything you need, beds were the best we ever slept in. Jacuzzi was perfect after long day of activities. We enjoyed drinking morning...
