「It’s about a mile walk to downtown Athens which I didn’t mind. It is an uphill walk coming back to the house. The landscaping needed some work and the apartment behind the house, but overall the house was quaint. Comfortable beds, shower worked but the bathroom was tight. Only room for 1 person at a time.
