  • Maxwell Beach Residence is one of Barbados newest luxurious beach-front condominium property available for holiday rentals.

    Offering ultra stylish and contemporary beach-front living unlike any other, featuring some of the most high end finishing’s and furnishings in Barbados.

    Our South Coast location offers direct access to the quiet, pristine white sandy beach and to some of the best dining, shopping and nightlife in Barbados, including St. Lawrence Gap and the Oistins Festival. We are no more than 15 minutes away from the International Airport and the same from the main city and shopping centre Bridgetown. Our exact locale is on the Maxwell Coast Road, well secluded and tucked away from the busy main roads and traffic sounds.

    Offering 2 en-suited master bedrooms with King beds and one bedroom with Queen bed. Featuring specially designed Italian kitchen with granite marble counter tops with breakfast stools, fully fitted with kitchen appliances, double-door refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender and washer/dryer. Each villa also has its own private balcony with astonishing views overlooking the pool, garden area and the beautiful turquoise blue ocean and white sandy beach.

    We also include a complimentary airport pick up in a safe secure vehicle with a friendly driver and a welcome package for all our guests. Our villas are the perfect vacation home for families, friends and couples looking for a safe, comfortable, relaxing and stress free holiday.

What a beautiful condo with great views and all of the amenities needed!! Michal was a very attentive host and promptly answered all inquiries and made sure our visit was phenomenal ! We would highly recommend this property and be sure to make use of Wayne (& family) as drivers to get around the island. We are definitely coming back! The Ocean One staff were constantly ensuring security and cleanliness of the property!

Absolute Beauty!

Majestic view, great beach. Sister's wedding was next to the condo, perfect location to gather for meals and socializing. Made great use of BBQ on the 4th floor terrace. Hostess was always available to answer qustions. Definitely recommend and looking forward to coming again.

The property was exactly as advertised, and was a wonderful place to call home in Barbados. Great AC, beds were super comfortable, nice access to pools and beach, and everyone felt very safe. Will definitely return!

Very Nice Property!

The property was very comfortable, in a nicely kept, secure building. The beach was nice but there was sargassum in the water and on the beach which was cleaned daily. The condo was clean for the most part but bathrooms needed to be better cleaned. Carlisle bay was absolutely beautiful and only about 15 min car ride North of the property. There were many restaurants in the general area to choose from.

The condo was lovely. We enjoyed our time there. The only down side was we had to taxi everywhere. Wayne the taxi driver who helped us the most was wonderful as was his wife. We had a great week.

A perfect spot

Our apt at Maxwell Properties was excellent. The unit is exactly as pictured, the grocery starter pack was perfect, airport transfers were fantastic, communication with the property manager was excellent throughout the trip- and the beds were so comfortable. We would return to this same place without hesitation if we vacation again in Barbodos.

We enjoyed our time, even in the off-season. Sadly, the sargassum was on the beach when we arrived, but I am amazed at how quickly and thoroughly the beach was cleaned. And on a Sunday! Everyone we encountered was friendly and very helpful.

This unit had everything Tupperware, cookware, pool toys, cooler umbrella,spice drawer Plus we had a partially stocked fridge Dover market was a 7 min walk along beach but go to Massy Warren for best groceries. Beach was perfect. Only complaint would be a couple palapa sat beach woukd be nice addition No shade on beach from condo Everything was exceptionally clean Nice secure gated building

Perfect Holiday with beautiful view

Our 5 th trip to Barbados however first stay at this condo and area . Very spacious and most well equipped unit have stayed at . Very clean , secure and comfortable , great air conditioning . Appreciated access to the gym. Having stayed prior in St. Lawrence gap and Worthing was slightly hesitant to book re distance to restaurants etc . This was not an issue , easy walk to the gap or road to access public transportation and beach options dining available near by . Would definitely stay again !

Beach front Apartment with excellent views

The apartment is located right on maxwell beach, the apartment was very spacious with great AC & very clean. Excellent views from our 5th floor apartment. Only slight negative is there isn’t to much near by in the way of shops it’s a taxi journey away however Wayne or Julien is only a phone call away to take you!!

Wonderful Property

Just returned from our stay at this beautiful property and we had a great time. The condo is in a great location directly on the beach on the south coast. The view from the balcony alone is worth the rave reviews The property was clean and nicely decorated and had every amenity you could ever need. The property was safe and secure we always felt 100% comfortable on the property and the beach. The pool was always clean and direct access to a beautiful beach was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property manager Akilah was great to work with and always responsive to any questions or information we needed. They provided transportation from the airport (thanks Wayne) and even started us with some groceries and necessities which was a nice touch. Overall 10/10 and would definitely recommend ! We will be back !
