Thank you to Natalie for her assistance and support in getting our accessible adjoining rooms. Have 2 disabled adults along with 2 pups was challenging enough on this trip but our stay was great! When we got to the room and opened the door, there was a sour smell. The room wasn’t very big, and when we asked to change rooms, they told us there were none available. We ended up buying candles to get rid of the odor. Even though we opened the windows before every stay, the smell was still there. ...
