「I absolutely loved the location of the cabin. The view from the terrace was mesmerizing, a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The lake was just a few steps away from our rooms. The rooms were equipped with AC's but one of the ACs wasn’t working, the kitchen was fully equipped, two full bathrooms but no towels, no wifi, no warm water. Communication with host could've been better as he sent instructions on how to access the property until the "day of" as I was on the phone with customer service....

「Hice mi reserva y pago por medio de la pagina. Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no trabajaban con niguna pagina se hoteles y que no tenian mi reserva. Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso. He usado muchas veces Hotels.com y es la primera vez que me pasa esto, lamentablemente una lección de $100 :(」

We arrived and they had refreshments waiting for us, anything we needed they were right there and helpful, the boat ride to Flores was so relaxing with comfortable seats. The food was delicious. I could not recommend this place enough!」
