1.2 Modern Day Japanese Apt with Generator

This is our Modern Minimalist Japanese Apartment. Located in a centric part of downtown Mayagüez, minutes from the plaza and restaurants. This is unit #1.2 of the 34 apartments in 5 different buildings. Enjoy the experience of staying at Orange B Living!

The apartment is in a private building that has 7 units just for Short Term Rental. We provide assigned private parking which is well-illuminated and has security cameras for your peace of mind.

This unit is a one-bedroom apartment made specifically for Short Term Rental. It is intended for two guests. We provide a comfortable full-size (also known as double) memory foam bed (medium hardness).

Have in mind this unit is a small apartment. We believe we did an excellent job spacing it out and making it very cozy and comfortable.

The space is not shared with anyone else, you will have a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, eating area, and TV with comfortable chairs.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and shares two steps stairs with the other apartments in the building. It is close to the assigned parking space.

The apartment is located on the first floor and you need to climb two steps.

We include towels, toilet paper, sheets and pillows, quilts, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

We offer high-speed wifi, smart TV with Netflix, amazon prime video, and other Roku channels with live streaming TV. There is no cable TV in our units (who uses that anyway).

Take advantage of 24/7 access to our coin-operated laundry facilities. Wash and dry your clothes for just $1.50 per cycle (6 quarters), with detergent provided for your convenience.

Each unit in this building comes with a designated private parking space. The parking area is gated, well-lit, and monitored by security cameras for added safety.

IMPORTANT!
Check-in is normally after 4 pm and Check-out is before 11 am. You may request a different schedule with anticipation, as long as it is available/possible. There is an extra charge of $10 per hour for early check-in or late check-out.

24/7 LAUNDRY FACILITIES
Embrace the freedom of a 24/7 laundry schedule. Our coin-operated washer and dryer await, requiring just 6 quarters ($1.50) per cycle. Located in our OB1 Building, you will find more instructions on the App inside the Manual area.

We offer a well-documented self-check-in process, but if you need any additional assistance, I am also available through Airbnb's Messenger or over the phone.

SABBATH NOTICE!
We observe the Sabbath from Friday at sunset until Saturday at sunset. During this time, we pause all non-emergency communications. Please review any automated instructions we've provided in advance. If you have an urgent matter, feel free to call us. Otherwise, we’ll respond after the Sabbath. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
There is ongoing construction in front of the property, which may cause some noise during the day. To help make your stay more comfortable, we provide earplugs and a white noise machine in the unit. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to making your experience as enjoyable as possible.

CANCELATION POLICY:
We offer two cancellation policies. Please choose the Flexible option for the ability to modify or cancel your reservation. If you’re 100% certain of your plans, you may select the Non-Refundable option for an additional discount. Please note: with this option, dates cannot be changed and no refunds will be issued.

SATURDAY CHECK-INS: In order to reserve checking-in on Saturdays, Friday night must be available, so we can block that night and conserve the unit clean. We have a 2-day minimum.

If you are able to book a Saturday check-in for one night, feel free to proceed. This indicates a last-minute opening when Friday night remained unreserved.

FRIDAY CHECK-INS:
Our self-check-in process allows you to arrive anytime after 4 pm. Ensure you've opened and read all instructions we sent before Friday's sunset. If you have any questions, please reach out early. Thank you!

BACKUP GENERATOR:
While we do not control the electrical, water, or internet services, our property has an automatic generator that powers the entire building during outages.

NOISE: Please note that this unit is in an urban setting. In Puerto Rico, it's common for cars with loud music to pass by occasionally. To help with this, we offer earplugs, or you can ask Alexa to play white noise for a more peaceful atmosphere.

PETS:
Orange B Living is pet friendly. Have in mind only one pet is allowed per reservation, the pet cannot exceed 50lbs, and shouldn't be left alone inside our apartments. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $35. Please make sure you add the pet as a guest to the reservation.

SERVICE ANIMALS:
We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay. Please have handy your certificate and remember to bring the appropriate pet vest for Service Animals, Emotional Support, or Psychiatric Service Dogs.
