「The team is great. Valet opens your door every time. The bar and restaurant staff are great. Rainbow, crystal, Chris, Jeff, and Gabriel are all fabulous. Although understaffed. We were there three days and never had our room serviced. The lobby restrooms were a mess, but again, not enough staff. Give them help and everything will be ok. Great job restaurant and bar team!」

「When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby.
